摘要
针对某排量发动机耐久试验中出现的排气管—缸盖密封面泄漏问题,从发动机运行条件、失效模式入手,确定了高温密封失效的原因,对引起失效的排气管和垫片进行了优化。优化后的排气管和垫片通过了耐久考核试验,解决了高温密封失效问题,为高温密封设计和解决类似故障提供参考。
In order to solve the leakage problem of exhaust pipe and cylinder head sealing surface in the endurance test of a certain displacement engine,the reason of high temperature seal failure was determined from the engine running condition and failure mode,and the exhaust pipe and gasket that caused the failure were optimized.The optimized exhaust pipe and gasket have passed the endurance test and solved the high temperature sealing,which provides reference for the design of high temperature sealing and solving similar faults.
