摘要 本文通过对工件温度、抽真空时间对真空干燥效果影响的研究,对现有干燥设备进行优化改造,在真空室内加装热辐射加热管,提高工件和真空室温度,加快工件表面液体汽化蒸发速度,工件表面干燥效果明显改善;同时增大真空泵功率以及改善辊道驱动装置的机构布局,降低设备故障率,保证生产线均衡率,提高产品外观质量。 In this paper,through the research on the influence of workpiece temperature and vacuum pumping time on vacuum drying effect,the existing drying equipment is optimized and transformed,the heat radiation heating pipe is installed in the vacuum chamber to improve the temperature of workpiece and vacuum chamber,accelerate the vaporization and evaporation speed of liquid on the workpiece surface,and the drying effect of workpiece surface is obviously improved;At the same time,increase the power of vacuum pump and improve the mechanism layout of roller drive device,reduce the equipment failure rate,ensure the balance rate of production line and improve the appearance quality of products.
