摘要
汽车白车身焊接质量控制决定了汽车整体质量,所以,汽车焊接技术人员应熟练掌握各种白车身焊接相关技术,并在焊接过程中严格控制焊接质量,同时汽车白车身焊接相关管理人员应严格监督焊接作业过程,并合理运用相关检测技术加大对白车身焊接质量的检测力度,从而从根本上保证汽车白车身焊接质量。本文介绍了汽车的几种焊接工艺技术,针对这几种焊接工艺技术阐述了质量控制的方法,并说明焊接资料的检测方法和评价基准。
The quality control of automobile body-in-white welding determines the overall quality of the car.Therefore,automobile welding technicians should be proficient in various welding-related technologies of body-in-white,and strictly control the welding quality during the welding process.At the same time,the relevant management personnel of automobile body-in-white welding should strictly supervise.The welding operation process,and the rational use of relevant detection technology to increase the inspection of the welding quality of the body-in-white,so as to fundamentally ensure the welding quality of the body-in-white.This paper introduces several welding process technologies for automobiles,expounds the quality control methods for these welding process technologies,and explains the detection methods and evaluation criteria of welding quality.
