摘要
随着轨道车辆的快速发展,列车运行速度的快速提高,对列车的运行安全提出了更高的要求,同时对车辆的检修能力也提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析影响车辆行车安全的关键零件车轮的主要损伤形式以及产生这种损伤形式的原因,研究了现阶段车轮动、静态检测技术以及车轮损伤修理方式,以确保车轮运行性能,保证车辆行车安全。
With the rapid development of railway vehicles and the rapid improvement of train speed,higher requirements are put forward for the safety of train operation,and higher requirements are also put forward for the ability of inspection and repair.In this paper,by analyzing the main damage forms of the wheels,which are the key components affecting the driving safety of vehicles,and the causes of the damage forms,the dynamic and static detection techniques of the wheels and the repair methods of the wheel damage at present are studied,ensure the running performance of the wheels and ensure the safety of the vehicles.
