摘要
基于玉柴传统功能型组织架构下产品开发管理存在需求多头对接、信息传递慢、开发工作串行、内耗严重等诸多问题下,玉柴痛定思痛对标行业内多家优秀企业,开展项目体系改革,持续不断的变革求新、博采众长,构建能高效协同的项目管理体系。通过不断的实践,在国六项目开发上产品开发从职能型管理向矩阵式强项目管理模式转变,并取得一定的成效。为此,笔者将在本文中对玉柴项目管理体系改革过程进行叙述。
Based on the traditional functional organizational structure of Yuchai,there are many problems in product development management,such as multi head docking of demand,slow information transmission,serial development work,serious internal friction and so on.Yuchai learned from the pain,carried out project system reform against many excellent enterprises in the benchmarking industry,continued to change and seek innovation,learned from others'strengths,and built an efficient and collaborative project management system.Through continuous practice,in the national six project development,product development has changed from functional management to matrix strong project management mode,and achieved certain results.Therefore,the author will describe the reform process of Yuchai project management system in this paper.
