数控专业工匠人才培养的路径探索

工匠精神是我国新时代劳动者的精神追求,对提高劳动者的职业技能、职业道德和职业理想具有重要价值。针对工匠精神在中职数控专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出中职专业人才培养要在专业课程教学中融入、在专业实习实训中渗透、在专业技能大赛中引领、在专业文化建设中涵养、在专业环境建设中涵育、在专业校企合作中培育工匠精神,培养一大批既懂加工技艺又有创新意识的大国工匠。

The spirit of craftsmanship is the spiritual pursuit of laborers in the new era in my country,and it is of great value to improve laborers'professional skills,professional ethics and professional ideals.In view of the existing problems of craftsmanship in the training of CNC professionals in secondary vocational schools,it is proposed that the training of secondary vocational professionals should be integrated in the teaching of professional courses,penetrated in professional practice training,led in professional skills competitions,and cultivated in the construction of professional culture.,In the construction of professional environment,cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship in professional school-enterprise cooperation,and cultivate a large number of craftsmen of great powers who both understand processing skills and have a sense of innovation.
