骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折手术患者的临床特征分析

Analysis of the clinical characteristics of patients undergoing osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture surgery

目的分析骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)手术患者的临床特征。方法收集758例行经皮椎体后凸成形术或经皮椎体成形术的OVCF患者资料,分析性别、年龄、骨折部位、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及住院费用等临床特征,并进行统计学分析。结果①OVCF男女发病率比为1∶2.2。②年龄50~94(75.2±8.9)岁,70~79岁为好发年龄段。③758例患者共发生844个椎体骨折,其中胸椎377个(44.67%),腰椎467个(55.33%)。单节段椎体骨折677例(89.31%)。T_(11)~L_(2)椎体骨折582个(68.96%)。④90岁前各年龄段患者手术时间、住院时间、住院费用总体随年龄的增加逐渐延长(增加),各年龄段比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),各年龄段术中出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论OVCF患者中70~79岁为好发年龄段,女性多于男性,T_(11)~L_(2)椎体为骨折好发部位,单节段椎体骨折最为多见,90岁以前的手术时间、住院时间、住院费用总体随年龄的增加而逐渐延长(增加)。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients undergoing osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF) surgery.Methods The data of OVCF patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty surgery were collected, the indexes of patients including gender, age, fracture site, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost were analyzed, and the above data was performed with statistical analysis.Results① The ratio of the OVCF incidence rate of the males to females was 1 ∶2.2.② The age was 50~94(75.2±8.9) years old, 70~79 years old were for the higher proportion age.③ A total of 844 vertebral fractures occurred in 758 patients, including 377 thoracic vertebrae(44.67%) and 467 lumbar vertebrae(55.33%).There were 677 cases(89.31%) of single-segment vertebral fractures, and 582 cases(68.96%) of T_(11)~L_(2) vertebral fractures.④ In the ≤90 years old patients, the operation time, hospitalization time, and hospitalization cost were all gradually increased(lengthened) with the age increasing.There were no significant differences in the various ages periods(P<0.05),and there were no differences in the intraoperative blood loss among all age periods(P>0.05).Conclusions The 70~79 years old take the higher proportion among all OVCF patients, and female patients are more than male patients.The most common site of OVCF is T_(11)~L_(2),with the highest proportion of single vertebral fracture.In the ≤90 years old patients, the operation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of patients gradually increase(lengthen) with age increasing.
