摘要
胜任力研究成果提高个人素质的发展及团体的核心竞争力。国内的胜任力理论研究已逐步深入到高校组织中,高校承担着我国整个教育体系的重要责任和任务,而教师又是高校组织中的重要支柱,高校师资队伍的强大,势必对学校的发展、人才的培养起着关键性的作用。将胜任力理论应用于高校教师队伍选拔、培养、管理等人才管理体系有着重要意义。本研究综合运用访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法研究高校公共体育课教师胜任力特征,研究得出高校体育课教师胜任力特征模型包含六个维度,包括专业素质、人际交往、调控能力、职业道德、人格特质、心理素质,这六个维度又涵盖了体育课教师的39个方面的胜任力特征。高校体育课教师胜任力模型是一个多维度的集合特征表现,清晰地指明了未来高校体育课教师胜任力培养范畴。
Competency research results improve the development of individual quality and the core competitiveness of the group.The study of competency theory in China has gradually penetrated into the organization of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities assume the important responsibilities and tasks of the entire education system of our country,and teachers are the important pillars in the organization of colleges and universities,it is bound to play a key role in the development of schools and the cultivation of talents.It is of great significance to apply the competency theory to the talent management system of university faculty selection,training and management.This research uses the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the literature material method to study the University Public Physical Education teacher competency characteristic,the research obtains the University Physical Education teacher competency characteristic model contains six dimensions,including professional quality,interpersonal communication,regulation ability,professional ethics,personality traits,psychological quality,these six dimensions also cover the PE teachers'39 aspects of competency characteristics.The competency model of Pe teachers in colleges and universities is a multi-dimensional collective characteristic,which clearly points out the scope of developing the competency of pe teachers in colleges and universities.
