电量因素在无抽搐电休克中对患者定向恢复时间及基本生命体征影响的研究

摘要 目的:电量因素在无抽搐电休克中对患者定向恢复时间及基本生命体征影响的研究。方法:选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月30例患者随机对照试验MECT组和MECT的低电量方案(LCE)组,每组各15例,对比分析两组患者术后恢复时间和麻醉后生命体征监测数据进行事后分析。结果:在接受MECT和LCE的15名患者的数据中,我们没有观察到MECT阶段和LCE阶段患者在麻醉后的体温、心率和呼吸频率的差异。在血压的比较中,收缩压和舒张压在基线比较上没有差异,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),但是LCE组的收缩压和舒张压在麻醉后较ECT组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究的结果并不支持在MECT中降低电量可以带来更加平稳的术麻醉后生命体征变化的假设。 Objective:The study of the effect of electric quantity on the recovery time and vital signs of patients with non convulsive electroconvulsive.Methods:30 patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:MECT group and MECT LCE group,15 cases in each group.Results:In the data of 15 patients receiving MECT and LCE,we did not observe the differences of body temperature,heart rate and respiratory rate between MECT and LCE patients after anesthesia.In the comparison of blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no difference at baseline,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),but the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in LCE group were significantly higher than those in ECT group after anesthesia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study do not support the hypothesis that the reduction of electricity in MECT can bring more stable changes of vital signs after anesthesia.
