运用“三因制宜”理论对绵阳市与武汉市新冠肺炎患者舌象差异性研究

Study on the difference of tongue picture between Mianyang and Wuhan patients with NCP by the theory of“three factors adjusting measures”

目的:运用“三因制宜”理论,探讨绵阳市和武汉市新冠肺炎患者舌象的差异。方法:搜集绵阳市定点医院22例和武汉市红十字医院的44例新冠肺炎确诊病例的舌象资料,分析舌象在两个市患者中的表现。结果:绵阳市患者多是普通型,病情轻,苔薄且润,津液未伤;更少见湿热化燥舌象。武汉市患者少数可见寒湿证舌象,但易入里化热,舌红苔黄腻者多;更易出现湿热化燥;苔厚着居多,提示病情相对较重;甚至少数患者舌苔无根或光剥无苔,舌粗糙有刺或干燥枯裂,预示正气衰败,预后差。结论:绵阳市和武汉市的NCP患者舌象有一定差异性,表明地域性、人群体质和年龄所导致的差异。通过舌象观察,有利于把握致病因素的本质,采取个体化治疗达到治病的目的,为今后温病的中医辨证论治提供参考。

Objective:To explore the difference of tongue picture between Mianyang and Wuhan with the theory of“three factors controlling measures”.Methods:The tongue picture data of 22 patients with NCP in designated hospitals in Mianyang and 44 patients with NCP in Wuhan Red Cross Hospital were collected.Results:Most of the patients in Mianyang were normal type with mild condition,thin and moist fur and uninjured body fluid.A few patients in Wuhan have cold-damp Syndrome,but the tongue is easy to enter the interior heat,and the red tongue coating is yellow and greasy.The tongue is more prone to damp-heat dryness.The thick coating indicates that the disease is relatively serious,the tongue rough has the thorn or the dry dry crack,indicates the vital energy decay,the prognosis is bad.Conclusion:The tongue picture of NCP patients in Mianyang and Wuhan has some differences,indicating the differences caused by region,population constitution and age.The observation of tongue picture is helpful to grasp the essence of pathogenic factors and take individual treatment to achieve the goal of rteatment.
