罗哌卡因竖脊肌神经阻滞辅助全身麻醉用于腰椎手术的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of ropivacaine erector spinal nerve block assisted general anesthesia for lumbar surgery

目的:分析罗哌卡因竖脊肌神经阻滞辅助全身麻醉用于腰椎手术的临床疗效。方法:本试验择取2018年5月27日至2020年10月27日甘肃省庆阳市人民医院所收治的46例接受腰椎手术治疗疾病的患者为研究样本。将其分为两组,每组23例。对照组接受静脉全凭麻醉,观察组受试者在切皮之前,接受双侧竖脊肌神经阻滞+全麻。分析结果。结果:相较于对照组而言,观察组受试者各类麻醉药物应用总量明显更低(P<0.05);观察组受试者术后4h、8h的VAS分数更低(P<0.05)。两组受试者术后24h以及48h疼痛分数无明显差别(P>0.05);两组受试者围术期内生命体征无明显改变。各个时间点观察值组内前后对比以及组间两两对比无明显差别(P>0.05);两组受试者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对于接受腰椎手术的患者而言,应用罗哌卡因竖脊肌神经阻滞辅助全麻手段加以处理。可在极大程度上降低围术期患者麻醉药物应用剂量,有效提升手术安全性。因而该法值得进一步于临床内推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ropivacaine erector spinal nerve block assisted general anesthesia in lumbar surgery.Methods:From May 27,2018 to May 27,2020,46 cases of patients receiving lumbar surgery for diseases were selected as study samples.They were divided into 2 groups with 23 patients in each group.The control group received intravenous anesthesia entirely.Subjects in the observation group received bilateral spinal nerve block plus general anesthesia before skin resection.Analyze the results.Results:Compared with the control group,the total amount of all kinds of anesthetic drugs in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).VAS scores of subjects in the observation group were lower at 4h and 8h after surgery(P<0.05).There was pain score between 24h and 48h after surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the observation values at each time point between groups and before and after comparison,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It can greatly reduce the application dose of anesthetic drugs in perioperative period and effectively improve the safety of operation.Therefore,this method is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
