化痰祛湿、健脾和胃方联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的疗效

Efficacy of Huating Phlegm clearing damp, Strengthening Spleen and Stomach Prescription Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Vertigo of Wind-phlegm Upperturbation

目的:观察化痰祛湿、健脾和胃方联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的疗效。方法:纳入2019年11月至2020年10月北京市丰台中西医结合医院收治入院的风痰上扰型眩晕患者60例,据随机数字表分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片,口服,12 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组甲磺酸倍他司汀基础上,加用化痰祛湿、健脾和胃方联合穴位贴敷治疗2周,治疗前后对临床疗效、眩晕状态量表、中医证候进行评估。结果:治疗组风痰上扰型眩晕患者临床疗效、眩晕状态量表(DHI)及中医证候积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛湿、健脾和胃方联合穴位贴敷治疗风痰上扰型眩晕患者疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of treating vertigo induced by wind-phlegm with clearing damp,Jianpi and stomach prescription combined with acupoint application.Methods:A total of 60 patients with wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo admitted to our department from November 2019 to October 2020 were included.According to the random number table,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given betastastine mesylate tablet,12mg/time,3 times/d orally.In the treatment group,on the basis of betastastine mesylate,the patients were additiously treated with phlegm-reducing clearing damp,spleen and stomach prescription combined with acupoint application for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,vertigo state scale and TCM syndrome were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy,vertigo status scale and TCM syndrome scores of patients with wind-phlegm disturbance vertigo in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat the patients with vertigo caused by wind-phlegm disturbance with the combination of Huating-clearing damp,Spleen and Stomach Prestige.
