摘要
目的:探讨家庭医生护理模式在椎间盘腔镜手术出院指导中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治的经皮椎间孔镜下行椎间盘髓核摘除手术的患者80例,根据出院时间进行分组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规出院指导,观察组实施家庭医生护理模式。对比两组患者的护理满意度与护理效果优良率。结果:与对照组的护理满意度65.00%相比,观察组的护理满意度为90.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的护理效果优良率为77.50%,明显高于对照组的65.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生护理模式应用于椎间盘腔镜手术患者出院指导中,可提高患者的自护能力,提高其护理满意度与康复优良率。
Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor’s nursing model in the discharge guidance of intervertebral disc endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients had admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 for the operation of intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus under percutaneous intervertebral foramina were selected and grouped according to the time of discharge,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance,while the observation group received family doctor nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction and the rate of excellent nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with 65.00%of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%,significantly increased(P<0.05);The rate of excellent and good nursing effect in the observation group was 77.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of family doctor applied in the discharge guidance of patients undergoing intervertebral disc endoscopic surgery can improve the self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and good recovery rate of patients.
