内镜专科小组在手术内镜精细化管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Endoscopic Specialist Group in Fine Management of Surgical Endoscopy

目的:研究内镜专科小组在手术内镜精细化管理中的应用。方法:选取2019年1~6月我科内镜手术器械损耗为研究对象。将2018年1~6月我科内镜手术器械损耗为对照组,将2019年1~6月我科内镜手术器械设为实验组。通过建立内镜专科小组,整合科室内镜资源并做好相关培训,细化交接流程及要求,采取专科化排班,然后比较内镜手术器械的损耗及手术医生对内镜手术配合的满意情况。结果:实验组损耗率0.43%低于对照组0.65%,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组手术医生的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:建立内镜专科小组,整合整合科室内镜资源并做好相关培训,细化交接流程及要求,采取专科化排班能降低内镜器械的损耗及提高手术医生的满意度。

Objective:To study the application of endoscopic specialist group in fine management of surgical endoscopy.Methods:The loss of endoscopic surgical instruments in our department from January to June 2019 was selected as the research object.The loss of endoscopic surgical instruments in our department from January to June in 2018 was set as the control group,and that from January to June in 2019 was set as the experimental group.Through the establishment of endoscopy specialist group,integration of endoscopic resources and related training,detailed handover process and requirements,specialized scheduling,and then compared the loss of endoscopic surgical instruments and the satisfaction of surgeons with endoscopic surgery.Results:The loss rate of 0.43%in the experimental group was lower than 0.65%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of endoscopic specialist team,integration of endoscopic resources and related training,detailed handover process and requirements,and specialized shift scheduling can reduce the loss of endoscopic instruments and improve the satisfaction of surgeons.
