摘要
铁死亡在缺血再灌注损伤相关的细胞死亡中起着重要作用。近年来,铁死亡在各种器官组织的缺血再灌注损伤中的研究取得了很大进展。现归纳总结铁死亡在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制和靶向治疗进展。
Ferroptosis play a prominent role in cell death associated with ischemia reperfusion injury.In recent years,great progress has been made in applying ferroptosis in ischemia reperfusion injury in various organs and tissues.The present review provides the mechanism and targeted treatment of ferroptosis from the perspective of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
