高速铁路整体吊弦防磨装置设计及可行性研究

摘要 通过结构设计、材料及工艺选用,研发一种安装方便,重量轻,耐腐蚀和抗老化能力优良的吊弦防磨装置。通过仿真分析验证了其与整体吊弦安装配合后的弓网安全性和可靠性,解决现有高速铁路整体吊弦应用中存在的整体吊弦心形护环处吊弦线与接触线吊弦线夹发生磨损、并出现单丝磨断甚至心形护环开裂问题。采用弓网模拟仿真,分析装置对弓网接触力以及接触网振动的影响,通过静态、动态及老化试验测试,验证防磨装置振线路运营的可靠性。 Through structural design and material and process selection,a kind of dropper anti-wear device is developed,which features convenient installation,light weight,high corrosion resistance and good anti-aging ability.By means of simulation,the safety and reliability of pantograph and OCS are verified after the anti-wear device is fitted to the integrated dropper,the existing wearing problems are solved including wear between thimble contact wire dropper clamp,strand breaking and thimble crack in integrated dropper application of highspeed railway.Simulation of pantograph and OCs is conducted to analyze the influence on contact force and OCS vibration caused by the anti-wear device.Through static testing,dynamic vibration testing,fatigue tests and ultraviolet aging test,conformity of structure and material of the anti-wear device under vibration are verified,as well as the line operational reliability.
