摘要
激光测距是现代测量中的一种常用方式,其高频精确的非接触式测量适合在铁路轨距检测中应用。设计激光安装结构实现调节激光位移传感器的水平转角和仰俯角度,并结合激光检测系统原理,设计电机控制模块及放大、滤波、A/D转换功能的信号处理电路,并实现模拟信号处理、输出,完成激光测量轨距的硬件电路主要模块设计。
Laser ranging is a common method used in modern measurement,and its high-frequency accurate non-contact measurement makes it suitable for railroad gauge detection.The laser mounting structure is designed to realize the adjustment of horizontal rotation angle and pitch angle of laser displacement sensor,and combined with the principle of laser detection system,the motor control module and signal processing circuit with amplification,filtering and A/D conversion functions are designed,and the analog signal processing and output are realized to complete the design of the main modules of the hardware circuit for laser measurement of rail gauge.
