摘要
介绍现有压接型电连接线夹压接模具压接过程中出现断裂失效问题,通过压接工作参数(工况)、断裂失效后的宏观特征、断裂失效件的断口特征、断裂失效模具成分及力学性能分析等多方面进行试验分析,了解导致压接模具断裂失效的主要因素,建议后期采用更加合适的材料制作压接模具,并选用一些特殊的表面处理手段及工艺,改善并解决压接模具易发生脆性断裂失效的现象。
This paper introduces the crimping tool fracture problem with existing crimping electrical connection clamp in the crimping process.The working parameters of the crimping(working condition),macroscopic characteristics after failure,fracture characteristics oi the failed parts,composition and mechanical properties of failed die tool are tested and analyzed in various aspects,in order to understand the main factors that cause failure of crimping tool.It is recommended to use more suitable materials to make the crimping tool in the future,and select highly reliable surface treatment methods and processes,to solve the brittle fracture problem of crimping tool.
