羊不同疫苗组合抗体水平检测评价

摘要 生产实践中由于牲畜养殖习惯,或为了节省人力和时间,常常多种疫苗同时免疫,而文献记载多种苗同时免疫互相有干扰和拮抗作用,影响抗体的产生。到底会不会有影响,影响程度多大,安全性能如何?为此我们作了对比实验,探索适合羊多种疫苗同时免疫的新方法,筛选出最佳免疫方案。我们在甘肃省民勤县和天祝县选取4群175只湖羊和细毛羊进行分组对比试验。结果显示,多种疫苗同时分点注射的方案具有可行性,没有明显的互相干扰和拮抗作用,生产性能稳定,该免疫方法,既节约人力、物力、财力,又可以缩短免疫周期,提高免疫效果,可在实践中大力推广应用。 In production practice,multiple vaccines are often administered into sheep at the same time to meet livestock breeding seasons save manpower and time.However,it has been documented that simultaneous immunization of multiple vaccines can interfere with or antagonize each other and affect the efficiency of the vaccines.Then the questions will be if and how much impact on efficiency and safety of these multiple vaccinations?To answer these questions,4 groups of 175 Hu sheep and fine wool sheep in Minqin and Tianzhu counties of Gansu province were administered at different sites with multiple vaccines and antibody levels of these vaccines were examined to evaluate the feasibility.The results showed that the multiple vaccinations at different sites did not have obvious interference and antagonism for antibody production.Therefore,implementation of such immunization method could save manpower,materials and financial resources.
