河西走廊区域牛、羊和蜱的嗜吞噬细胞无形体分子检测 被引量:3

摘要 嗜吞噬细胞无形体是由媒介蜱传播引起人粒细胞无形体病的病原之一。目前,对甘肃省河西走廊区域内嗜吞噬细胞无形体病原在蜱体内和贮藏宿主体内感染流行情况的研究尚未开展。以采集到的123份抗凝血样品和357份蜱虫样品为研究对象,检测嗜吞噬细胞无形体在蜱体内和贮藏宿主体内的感染情况。在检测的样品中,共发现有28份样品中感染嗜吞噬细胞无形体,亚洲璃眼蜱、波斯锐缘蜱和草原革蜱均检测到嗜吞噬细胞无形体。结果表明,甘肃省河西走廊区域媒介蜱体内及其储藏宿主体内普遍存在无形体携带状况,进一步开展人群无形体病调查及分子流行病学研究十分必要。 Anaplasma phagocytophilum is one of the pathogens of human granulocytic anaplasmosis transmitted by ticks.At present,little is known about the epidemic situation of A.phagocytophilum infection in ticks and their hosts in Hexi area of Gansu province.A total of 123 blood samples of cattle and sheep and 357 tick samples were collected to detect the infection of A.phagocytophilum in ticks and their hosts.Among the tested samples,A.phagocytophilum was detected in 28 samples,which were found in Hyalomma asisticum asisticum,Argas persicus,and Dermacentor verticalis.The results indicated that A.phagocytophilum widely existed in ticks and their hosts in Hexi area of Gansu province.Therefore,its necessary to carry out further epidemiological investigation of this pathogen in humans.
