摘要 直流无刷永磁同步电机的控制在汽车电动化变革时代受到高度关注,除了提升电机本身功率密度升,控制理论与应用技术一直是创新研发领域的热点。过去的20多年,恒压频比、矢量控制、直接转矩控制、无感控制以及弱磁控制理论相继出现,并在工程应用上取得了可喜的成绩。综述了56篇永磁同步电机的基本控制算法以及控制算法的代表性论文,总结其发展进展,讨论了汽车电动化所需高性能电机控制算法的挑战和未来研究的方向以及现代控制理论在永磁同步电机控制系统中的应用。 The control of brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has attracted intensive attention in the era of automotive electrification.In addition to the efforts to improve the power density of the motor itself,control theory and application technology have always been a challenging innovative research and development area.In the past two decades,the theories of V/F,field oriental control,direct torque control,inductive control and flux weakening control algorithm have emerged one after another,and have been continuously improved in engineering application technology,as we as the impressive achievements have been achieved.56 representative papers are cited to summarize the basic control algorithms of PMSM and the achievements in the development of control algorithm.The challenges and future research directions of high-performance motor control algorithms required by automotive electrification,and the application of modern control theory in PMSM control system are discussed.
