数字方志信息服务研究

Research on digital local chronicle information service

近些年,各地方志部门在数字方志不断发展的影响下正在逐渐改变传统的服务模式,不断由被动服务向积极主动服务转变,作为中国传统文化瑰宝的地方志,是全面、系统地记述本行政区域自然、政治、经济、文化、社会的历史与现状的资料性文献,数字方志在当前信息服务趋于多元化的发展下,更好地满足了读者的信息需求。通过网络调研与电话访谈,根据2015年9月3日印发的《国务院办公厅关于印发全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015—2020年)的通知》寻找横陈百科、纵述史实的数字方志,以及五年发展规划之后建设现状存在的问题和优化方法。用户的信息需求是地方志存在和发展的不竭动力。在此背景下,根据现阶段数字方志发展的问题和用户信息需求来改善和提升数字方志信息服务是未来的趋势,是地方志信息服务平台必须要重视的关键。

In recent years,under the influence of the continuous development of digital chronicles,local chronicles departments are gradually changing the traditional service mode from passive service to active service.As the treasure of Chinese traditional culture,local chronicles are informative documents that comprehensively and systematically describe the natural,political,economic,cultural and social history and current situation of the bank’s administrative region,with the development of diversified information services,digital local chronicles better meet the information needs of readers.Through network research and telephone interview,according to the“Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Outline of the National Development Plan of Local Chronicles(2015—2020)”issued on September 3,2015,find out the digital chronicles with encyclopedia and historical facts,and the problems and optimization methods of the current construction situation after the five-year development plan.There is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of user information.In this context,it is the future trend to improve and enhance the digital chronicle information service according to the problems of the development of digital chronicles and the information needs of users at this stage,and it is the key that the local chronicle information service platform must pay attention to.
