低压计量箱节点温升监测装置的设计

摘要 针对低压计量箱中计量设备端子节点接触不良导致异常温升的问题,采用无源、非接触测温以及电力高速载波通信技术进行监测,结合节点的工作参数,对端子工作状态进行判定,从而实现故障的早期发现和处理,避免事故。装置采用RFID技术,应用测温标签实现端子温度的采集,使用ESP32模组实现现场的控制管理,采用HPLC通信模块实现数据的传递。装置试运行后达到了预期效果,可以及时发现设备端子的异常状态,提升运维人员服务质量的同时降低了巡检工作的强度。 Aiming at the problem of abnormal temperature rise caused by poor contact of the terminal nodes of the metering equipment in the low-voltage metering box,passive,non-contact temperature measurement and high-speed carrier communication technologies are used for monitoring,and the working state of the terminals is determined based on the working parameters of the nodes,so as to realize the fault early detection and treatment to avoid accidents.The device uses RFID technology,uses temperature measurement labels to collect terminal temperature,uses ESP32 module to achieve on-site control and management,and uses HPLC communication module to achieve data transmission.After the trial operation of the device,the expected effect is achieved,the abnormal state of equipment terminals can be found in time,the service quality of operation and maintenance personnel is improved,and the intensity of patrol inspection is reduced.
