便携式锂电池点焊机研究

摘要 为解决点焊机需要交流供电、不方便携带到现场进行维修的问题,该文设计了采用直流电压供电的小体积便携式锂电池点焊机。该点焊机通过自激升压电路将直流电压提升到一定值,通过倍压储能电路存储电荷,在进行锂电池级联焊接时,点焊机焊头部分在镍带释放存储的电荷,产生大量热量熔化焊面,达到焊接目的。并且该点焊机带有焊点温度调控电路,可根据焊接需要调整焊头处温度。该设计供电简单:只需一粒锂电池供电、焊点温度可调、重量轻、便于携带、适用于室外等不方便连接交流电的场所。 In order to solve the problem that the spot welder needs AC power supply and is not convenient to carry in the field for maintenance,a small volume portable lithium battery spot welder powered by DC voltage is designed. The spot welder can raise the DC voltage to a certain value through the self-excited voltage boost circuit,and store the charge through the voltage doubling energy storage circuit. When the lithium battery cascading welding is carried out,the welding head of the spot welder releases the stored charge in the nickel strip,and generates a large amount of heat to melt the welding surface,so as to achieve the purpose of welding. And the spot welding machine with solder temperature control circuit,according to the welding needs to adjust the welding head temperature. This design has a simple power supply: only a lithium battery power supply;And the solder temperature is adjustable,light weight,easy to carry,suitable for outdoor and other inconvenient places to connect alternating current.
