摘要
广电公客宽带业务服务保障面临着投诉预处理低、网络接入方式复杂,不便于管理、故障难以快速定位、服务水平难以提升等问题。基于此,分析了FTTH接入网“最后一公里”客户侧网络质量感知监测思路与方案,充分利用家用智能型路由器的网络云平台、分析测试功能,来弥补终端侧网络监测的不足,完善公客接入网宽带业务端到端的监测体系,并进行了具体说明和评价。
Broadcasting and television public passenger broadband business service guarantee is faced with problems such as low complaint preprocessing,complex network access methods,inconvenient management,difficulty in quickly locating faults,and difficulty in improving service levels.Based on this,this paper analyzes the network quality perception monitoring ideas and solutions of the“last mile”client side of the FTTH access network,and makes full use of the network cloud platform and analysis and testing functions of the home intelligent router to make up for the lack of network monitoring on the terminal side and improve the public network.The end-to-end monitoring system of the broadband service of the passenger access network is explained and evaluated in detail.
