摘要
针对长直正线区段进行聚氨酯固化道床施工中浇注效率低等问题,设计了一种高效聚氨酯浇注施工设备。该浇注设备的6个可移动浇注枪头同时工作,可一次完成一个枕木单侧的浇注工作,同时也解决了浇注时因聚氨酯材料发生反应而产生的膨胀力不对称问题。可自动伸缩的走行系统配备有能够实时监测压力的道床保压装置,对浇注施工中的道床施加向下压力,控制轨道变形量。与已有的浇注装置相比较,六枪头浇注设备提高了聚氨酯固化道床浇注施工效率,为现场施工提供了保障。
Aiming at the low pouring efficiency in the construction of polyurethane solidified ballast bed in the long straight main track section,a high-efficiency polyurethane pouring construction equipment was designed.The six movable pouring heads of the pouring equipment could work at the same time,which could complete the pouring work on one sleeper side at a time.At the same time,it could also solve the problem of asymmetric expansion force caused by the reaction of polyurethane materials during pouring.The automatically retractable walking system was equipped with a ballast bed pressure retaining device that could monitor the pressure in real time to exert downward pressure on the ballast bed during pouring construction and controlled the deformation of the track.Compared with the existing pouring devices,the pouring equipment with six heads could improve the pouring construction efficiency of polyurethane solidified ballast bed and provided guarantee for on-site construction.
