大型养路机械施工现场人员安全预警系统技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高大型养路机械施工现场人员安全管理水平,消除人员设备侵入邻线、工作装置碰撞等安全隐患,研发了大机施工现场人员安全预警系统。该系统融合多层激光雷达、超宽带、物联网等技术采集的多源数据信息,构建大机施工人员防撞模型,对安全隐患进行及时预警,保障施工人员安全。该技术的主要创新点包括:不依赖卫星与公共网络,基于多源数据融合的大机周边人员安全预警技术;随车灵活组网,差异化人员定位技术;单线封锁工况下的侵入邻线监测技术。通过配砟整形车施工现场试验验证,周边人员识别定位和工作装置端部定位精度基本能满足技术参数要求,方案可行。 In order to improve the safety management level of personnel on the construction site of large maintenance machinery and eliminate the potential safety hazards such as intrusion of personnel and equipment into the adjacent line and working device collision,the personnel safety early warning system on the construction site of large maintenance machinery has been developed.The system integrates multi-layer lidar,UWB technology,Internet of things and other multi-source data information,constructs the anti-collision model of large maintenance machinery construction cooperation personnel,and gives timely early warning of potential safety hazards to ensure the safety of construction personnel.The main innovations of this technology include the safety early warning technology of personnel around large maintenance machinery based on multi-source data fusion without relying on satellite and public network,flexible networking with the vehicle and differentiated personnel positioning technology,and adjacent line monitoring intrusion technology under single line blocking condition.Through the construction site test of ballast distribution and shaping vehicle,the identification and positioning accuracy of surrounding personnel and the end of working device can basically meet the requirements of technical parameters,and the scheme is feasible.
