摘要
为确保西安地铁一号线隧道安全可靠地下穿咸阳西货场专用线,对咸阳西货场路基进行了袖阀管注浆加固与变形监测,总结提出了铁路路基袖阀管注浆加固施工的测量定位、钻孔施工、灌注套壳料、拔出跟管、控制注浆等工序的关键技术参数,形成了一套用于铁路天窗点内路基预加固的施工工艺。距钻孔注浆位置不同距离、不同深度分别埋设了沉降变形自动化监测传感器。监测结果表明:沿水平方向上,注浆处出现了最大沉降,最大沉降点的平均沉降量为2.16 mm,随着距离的增加沉降不断减小,最大有效影响范围为6 m;沿垂直方向上,深度5 m处出现了最大沉降,最大沉降点的平均沉降为2.44 mm。研究结果可为后期西安地铁一号线隧道下穿徐兰高速铁路路基段提供施工参数。
In order to ensure that the tunnel of Xi’an Metro Line 1 could safely and reliably underpass-through the special line of Xianyang West freight yard,sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement and deformation monitoring were carried out for the subgrade of Xianyang West freight yard.This paper summarized and put forward the key technical parameters of the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement construction of the existing railway subgrade,such as measurement and positioning,drilling construction,pouring casing material,pulling out the trailing pipe and controlling grouting,and formed a set of construction technology for the subgrade pre-reinforcement in railway maintenance time window.The automatic monitoring sensors for settlement and deformation were buried at different distances and depths from the drilling grouting position.The results show that the maximum settlement occurs at the grouting position along the horizontal direction,the average settlement of the maximum settlement point is 2.16 mm,the settlement decreases with the increase of distance,and the maximum effective influence range is 6 m.Along the vertical direction,the maximum settlement occurs at the depth of 5 m,and the average settlement of the maximum settlement point is 2.44 mm.This paper can provide construction parameters for the subgrade section of Xulan high-speed railway underpass-through the tunnel of Xi’an Metro Line 1 in the later stage.
