摘要
采用水化微量热仪等测试手段研究了纳米水化硅酸钙(N‑C‑S‑H)对水泥水化及砂浆抗压强度的影响,并开展了基于N‑C‑S‑H的免蒸养轨道板的试应用。结果表明:掺加N‑C‑S‑H能提高水泥的水化放热速率和总水化放热量,且当N‑C‑S‑H掺量超过6.0%后,水泥水化放热第二峰值不再继续提高;掺加N‑C‑S‑H能显著提高砂浆8 h和12 h抗压强度,且随着N‑C‑S‑H掺量的增加,砂浆抗压强度先提高后降低;在25℃养护条件下,掺加1%N‑C‑S‑H可达到轨道板混凝土免蒸养强度要求。
The influence of nano calcium silicate hydrated(N-C-S-H)on cement hydration and compressive strength of mortar was studied by the hydration microcalorimeter and other test equipment.The trial application of non-steam curing track plate based on N-C-S-H was carried out.The results shown that N-C-S-H could improve the hydration heat release rate and total hydration heat release of cement,and when the content of N-C-S-H exceeds 6.0%,the second peak of hydration heat release of cement would not increase.Adding N-C-S-H mainly increased the compressive strength of mortar at 8 h and 12 h,and with the increase of N-C-S-H content,the compressive strength of mortar first increased and then decreased significantly.Under the condition of curing at 25℃,adding 1%N-C-S-H can meet the compressive strength requirements of non-steam curing track slab concrete.
