团队合作学习模式在高职儿科护理学实训教学中的应用效果

摘要 为探讨团队合作学习模式在高职儿科护理学实训教学中的应用效果,研究以呼伦贝尔职业技术学院护理系两个班级学生为研究对象,通过抽签分为研究组及对照组,每组61人,对照组常规教学,研究组采取团队合作教学,结果研究组学生专业理论得分(78.92±6.25)分、操作技能得分(89.36±5.14)分、综合能力得分(82.74±3.63)分,三项分数都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且新生儿复苏、小儿盆浴法、头皮针穿刺、小儿光照疗法、臀红护理法几项具体的实操分数都明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学生评判性思维能力、自主学习能力、团队合作能力、护理循证能力、人际沟通能力、文献查阅能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且研究组学生对于课程知识掌握、课堂氛围、知识面扩大、师生关系、任课教师方面的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 To explore pediatric nursing team cooperative learning mode in higher vocational practice teaching effect,the application research in hulun buir vocational and technical college nursing two classes of students as the research object,through the draw is divided into research group and control group,each group of 61 people,the control group routine teaching,the team take team teaching,Results The professional theory score(78.92±6.25),operation skill score(89.36±5.14)and comprehensive ability score(82.74±3.63)of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The practical scores of neonatal resuscitation,pediatric pelvic bath,scalp needle puncture,pediatric light therapy and buttock red nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability,independent learning ability,teamwork ability,nursing evidence-based ability,interpersonal communication ability and literature review ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,students in the study group were significantly more satisfied with curriculum knowledge mastery,classroom atmosphere,knowledge expansion,teacher-student relationship and teachers than those in the control group(P<0.05).
