YJ216滤嘴接装机搓接鼓轮在线清洁装置的设计与应用

为解决YJ216滤嘴接装机搓接鼓轮工作面易粘附烟末和胶垢,影响卷烟产品质量和设备产能的问题,通过设计安装一套带阻尼作用的自动清洁装置,对搓接鼓轮工作面进行实时清洁,从而保障卷烟产品质量并降低操作人员劳动强度。以济南卷烟厂的ZJ116卷接机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:自动清洁装置安装后,每班次手动停机清洁搓接鼓轮的次数比改进前降低了约75%,清洁时长比改进前降低了约86.7%,为设备产能和卷烟产品质量提供了保障。

In order to solve the problem that cigarette dust and glue scale are easy to adhere to the rubbing working face of the rubbing drum of YJ216 filter assembler in production, resulting in wrinkles during cigarette rubbing, frequent shutdown and cleaning is required, which affects the quality of cigarette products and equipment capacity, a set of automatic cleaning device with damping effect is designed and installed above the rubbing drum,During the operation of the equipment, the working face of the rubbing drum can be cleaned in real time, so as to reduce the dirt on the working face of the rubbing drum and reduce the manual cleaning frequency of the rubbing drum, thereby ensuring the stability of the cigarette product quality and reducing the labor intensity of the operator and ensuring the production capacity of the equipment. Taking the ZJ116 cigarette machine of Jinan cigarette factory as the object, the results show that after the installation of the automatic cleaning device, the number of manual shutdown and cleaning of the coiling drum per shift is about 75% lower than that before the improvement, and the time of manual shutdown and cleaning of the coiling drum per shift is about 86.7% lower than that before the improvement, which provides a guarantee for the equipment capacity and cigarette product quality.
