目标性康复护理联合全程健康教育对股骨颈骨折患者负性情绪、肢体功能康复的影响

Effects of goal-oriented rehab combined with whole course health education on negative emotions and limb function rehabilitation in patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨目标性康复护理联合全程健康教育在股骨颈骨折手术患者围术期中的护理价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月郑州市某医院收治的81例股骨颈骨折手术患者为研究对象,根据围术期护理方式分为研究组(41例,接受目标性康复护理联合全程健康教育)与对照组(40例,接受常规护理)。比较2组患者干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、髋关节功能评分表(Harris)评分,比较2组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果干预前,2组患者HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者Harris各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者Harris中疼痛感、步态、功能活动、畸形及活动度评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.961,P<0.05)。结论目标性康复护理联合全程健康教育在股骨颈骨折患者围术期中的应用效果良好,可有效减轻患者围术期负性情绪,改善患者肢体运动功能。

Objective To explore the value of goal-oriented rehab combined with whole course health education in the perioperative care of patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods Eighty-one patients under-going femoral neck fracture surgery admitted to a hospital in Zhengzhou from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled for the study were divided into a study group(41 cases,receiving goal-oriented rehab combined with whole course health education)and a control group(40 cases,receiving conventional care)according to the method of strategy of perioperative care.The Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression rat-ing scale(HAMD),and Harris hip scores(Harris)were compared before and after the intervention,and the postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention and lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)between the Harris scores of the two groups before the intervention;after the intervention,the Harris scores of pain,gait,functional activity,deformity and mobility were higher in both groups and higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.961,P<0.05)when compa-ring the incidence of compilations between the two groups.Conclusion Applying goal-oriented rehab combined with whole course health education in the perioperative care of patients with femoral neck fractures is effective;it can effectively reduce negative perioperative emotions and improve the motor function of patients’limbs.
