在生猪养殖业发展过程中,很多传染性疾病的传播流行特点已经发生显著变化,疫病防控难度越来越大,再加上养殖户不科学用药行为,病原耐用性显著增强,多种药物的防控效果呈现逐渐下降趋势,很多传染性疾病已经陷入无药可防的局面。生猪疫病防治工作还面临着不少问题,普遍表现为疫病诊断不科学,外来疫病传入风险较高,药物使用不合理,需要构建完善的防范措施,控制生猪疫病蔓延流行。
