媒体融合背景下我国动漫产业人才的培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Animation Industry in China under the Background of Media Convergence

随着新兴媒体的出现以及传统媒体和新兴媒体的融合发展,动漫产业获得新的发展机会。而动漫产业的发展也对高校动漫产业人才培养模式提出新的要求。文章在当前动漫产业对人才提出的新要求以及需要的动漫产业人才进行探索分析的基础上,指出当前我国高校动漫产业人才培养中存在的问题,并且提出媒体融合背景下动漫产业人才培养模式的创新路径,包括重新定位人才培养目标、规范课程体系设置、完善教学内容、改革教学形式、加强和媒体的联系以及构建毕业生交流平台等,以期能够为我国高校培养出更多动漫产业人才提供帮助。

With the emergence of emerging media and the integration and development of traditional media and emerging media,the animation industry has gained new development opportunities.The development of the animation industry also puts forward new requirements for the talent training mode of the animation industry in colleges and universities.Based on the exploration and analysis of the current animation industry's new requirements for talents and the needs of animation industry talents,the article points out the current problems in the training of talents in the animation industry in my country's universities,and puts forward the mode of talent training in the animation industry under the background of media integration.The innovation path includes repositioning talent training goals,standardizing curriculum system settings,perfecting teaching content,reforming teaching methods,strengthening contact with the media,and building a graduate exchange platform,etc.,in the hope that it can provide more talents for the animation industry in my country's colleges and universities.
