Seminar教学法在高校研究生培养模式中的应用探讨

研究生阶段的培养水平直接关系到一个国家人才的质量与素质,文章将Seminar教学法与高校研究生培养模式相结合,探讨Seminar教学法的研究现状,指出Seminar教学法研究中的不足及其发展困境。通过分析讨论,指出在今后的研究生培养过程中应该把教学改革和研究生科研创新能力的培养紧密地结合起来,包括以下几个方面:(1)前期准备阶段应多与研究生交流,听取学生意见;(2)让学生参与到教改过程,提高研究生综合能力;(3)在培养过程中给研究生设立相关科研课题,培养学生科研意识;(4)将教学改革与研究生科研创新成果相结合。在高校研究生培养过程中具有一定的推广价值。

The talent-cultivation level of graduate students is directly related to the quality of national talents.This paper combined Seminar teaching method with the training mode of university graduate students,discussed the research status of Seminar teaching method,and pointed out the shortcomings of Seminar teaching method research and its development dilemma.By way of analyzing,the paper summarized that teaching reform should be closely combined with the cultivation of graduate students'scientific research and innovation ability,including the following aspects:(1)In the preliminary preparation stage,we should communicate with graduate students more and listen to their opinions;(2)we should let students participate in the teaching reform process to improve the comprehensive ability of graduate students;(3)we should let up related research topics for graduate students in the training process to cultivate students'scientific research awareness;(4)we should combine the teaching reform with the research innovation achievements of graduate students.It has a certain promotion value in the process of college graduate training.
