基于以学生为中心的经管法类专业应用型人才培养模式研究与实践--以沈阳工业大学商贸学院为例

将自组织理论运用到承担人才培养重要任务的高等学校二级学院,树立以学生为中心的教育理念,凝练出经管法类专业应用型人才培养总体目标。围绕应用型人才培养方案,发挥学院层面人才培养系统中各要素子系统的协同育人作用,搭建经管法类专业人才培养的思想引领平台、队伍建设平台、教学改革平台、产教融合平台、学风建设路径和创新创业平台。经研究与实践,探索出经管法类专业应用型人才培养“1216模式”。实践证明,该模式能够实现人才培养系统的跃升、人才培养质量的提高。

This research applies self-organization theory to secondary colleges of universities that undertake the important task of talent training,establishes a student-centered educational concept,and condenses the overall goal of training applied talents in economics,management and law majors.Focusing on the application-oriented talent training program and giving play to the collaborative educating role of the various element subsystems in the college-level talent training system,this research builds a thought-leading platform,team building platform,teaching reform platform,production-education integration platform,path of the construction of style of study and innovation and entrepreneurship platform for the cultivation of economics,management and law professional talents.Through research and practice,the"1216 Mode"for the cultivation of applied talents in economics,management and law majors has been explored.Practice has proved that this mode can achieve the leap of the talent training system and the improvement of the quality of talent training.
