摘要
“双高计划”是引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展的战略部署,要实现“双高计划”建设的目标任务最主要的是要依靠一支高素质的创新型专业化发展的高职教师队伍。“双高计划”背景下高职院校教师专业发展的研究逐步开展,课题组通过文献梳理、考察调研等方式,总结当前高职教师专业发展存在的三大问题,分析制约教师发展四大因素及成因,希望为当前及今后高职院校教师专业发展提供参考。
"Double High-levels Plan"is a strategic plan to lead vocational education in the new era to achieve high-quality development.To achieve the goal of"Double High-levels Plan",the most important task is to rely on a high-quality innovative professional development of higher vocational teachers.Under the background of"Double High-levels Plan"plan,the research on teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges is gradually carried out.Through literature review,investigation and research,the research group summarizes the three major problems existing in teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the four major factors restricting teachers'development and their causes,hoping to provide reference for teachers'professional development in current and future higher vocational colleges.
