基于OBE理念的文职教员培训模式改革与实践 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,文职教员逐步成为军事院校教学工作的主体力量。针对文职教员教学能力存在的不足,开展以能力为导向的文职教员培训模式改革实践,借鉴OBE理念,坚持文职教员的“学”为中心,以能力培养为成果导向,确定文职教员教学能力培养目标,反向设计培训实施方案和评价方案,通过不断实践-反思-改进以实现持续改进。实践结果表明,以能力为导向的文职教员培训模式在方案设计上注重教员在多项教学能力指标上的提升,在改革实施上强调文职教员在“教”与“学”两个方面的参与体验,在实施形式上开展线上线下多维度的尝试,获得良好的培训效果。该模式有利于改善培训效果,提高培训效率,优化培训效益。 In recent years,civilian faculty has gradually become the main force of teaching work in military colleges.In view of the shortcomings of the teaching ability of civilian teachers,the reform practice of competence-oriented civilian teacher training mode has been carried out.Taking OBE concept as reference,this paper insists on the"learning"of civilian teachers,takes ability cultivation as result-oriented,determines the training goal of civilian teachers'teaching ability,reversely designs training implementation plan and evaluation plan,and realizes continuous improvement through continuous practice,reflection and improvement.The practice results show that the competency-based civilian teacher training mode pays attention to the improvement of teachers'teaching ability index in the scheme design,and emphasizes the participation experience of civilian teachers in"teaching"and"learning"in the reform implementation.In the form of implementation,multi-dimensional attempts have been carried out online and offline,and good training results have been obtained.This model is beneficial to improve training effect,improve training efficiency and optimize training benefit.
