摘要 做好客户关系、客户需求管理以及全面提升客户体验,在企业的经营管理中显得尤为重要。企业的快速发展带来了客户数量的大增,这也预示着客户信息量的暴涨,使企业遭遇管理瓶颈。为解决客户信息管理的难题,特设计了CRM客户关系管理系统。该系统的前端设计为采用Vue2、SCSS、JavaScript进行搭建,采用Java语言开发服务器,利用MySQL创建数据库,通过Navicat管理工具对数据库进行可视化操作,以客户关系为核心打造出智能化、信息化、数字化的系统。 Doing a good job in customer relationship,customer demand management and comprehensively improving customer experience is particularly important in the operation and management of enterprises.The rapid development of enterprises has brought a large increase in the number of customers,which also indicates the sharp rise in the amount of customer information,causing enterprises to encounter management bottlenecks.In order to solve the difficult of customer information management,CRM customer relationship management system is designed.The front end of the system is designed to be built with Vue2,SCSS and JavaScript,develop the server with Java language,create the database with MySQL,visually operate the database with Navicat management tool,and build an intelligent,information-based and digital system with customer relationship as the core.
