基于协同机制的中国法院信息化平台设计

Design of China’s Court Informatization Platform Based on Collaborative Mechanism

中国法院信息化目前已建成庞杂的贯穿法院全部业务流程、涵盖全国3500多家法院、数千个应用系统的体系。如何在现有基础上进行一体化平台集成、整合,是法院信息化建设的重要环节。该文首先构建了中国法院信息化平台的总体架构,并从网络层、用户层、应用层、数据层、基础设施层分别进行详细分析,然后对中国法院信息化平台进行跨层级、跨地域、跨网系、跨部门、跨业务五个方面协同机制分析。为法院应用系统的融合提升提供了理论支持和参考依据。

At present,China’s court informatization has built a complex system throughout all the court’s business process,covering more than 3500 courts and thousands of application systems across the country.How to integrate the integrated platform on the existing basis is an important link in the construction of court informatization.Firstly,this paper constructs the overall architecture of China’s court informatization platform,and makes a detailed analysis from the network layer,user layer,application layer,data layer and infrastructure layer,and then analyzes the collaborative mechanism of China’s court informatization platform from five aspects:cross level,cross region,cross network system,cross department and cross business.It provides theoretical support and reference basis for the integration and improvement of court application system.
