摘要
为了研究青海省科技创新和农业现代化的协调发展程度,文章选取青海省2001—2019的年度数据,构建科技创新与农业现代化的指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型来进行实证分析。结果表明2001—2019年期间,青海省科技创新的发展呈增长的态势,而农业现代化的发展却显现出较大的落后之势,根据结果提出加强对农业技术人员的培养、营造有利的政策环境、加大农业科研潜力、建立合适的农业技术推广体系等建议,希望可以早日实现青海省科技创新与农业现代化的高质量协调发展。
In order to study the coordinated development degree of Science and technology innovation and agricultural modernization in Qinghai Province,this paper selects the annual data of Qinghai Province from 2001 to 2019,constructs the index system of Science and technology innovation and agricultural modernization,and makes an empirical analysis by using entropy method and coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the development of Science and technology innovation in Qinghai Province shows an increasing trend from 2001 to 2019,while the development of agricultural modernization shows a great backward trend.According to the results,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the training of agricultural technicians,creating a favorable policy environment,increasing the potential of agricultural scientific research,and establishing an appropriate agricultural technology extension system.We hope to realize the high-quality coordinated development of Science and technology innovation and agricultural modernization in Qinghai Province as soon as possible.
