摘要
为了能够快速处理DURR喷涂机器人LCC快速换色系统的常见故障,深入分析了相关元件的工作原理,并结合现场实际经验,从3个方面总结了定位超时故障的处理流程,能够有效并快速地解决换色系统问题,将故障引起的平均停台时间由2 h/次降低至30 min/次以内,同时可为解决系统其它衍生故障提供参考和借鉴。
In order to quickly deal with the common faults of the LCC fast color change system of DURR spraying robot,this paper deeply analyzed the working principle of the relevant components and summarized the trouble shooting process of positioning timeout from three aspects combined with the actual experience in the filed,which could effectively and quickly solve the problems of the color change system and reduce the average downtime caused by the fault from 2 hours/time to less than 30 minutes/time.It could provide important reference for solving other derivative faults of the system.
