Status Quo and Analysis of Volatile Oil in Chinese Medicine Based on"Unification of Medicine and Adjuvant"

随着中药制剂的迅速发展,“药辅合一”理论的相关研究越来越受到重视。其中,挥发油也因其独特的药理特性及作为天然辅料的特性而广受关注。结合实例阐述了近年来基于“药辅合一”的挥发油理论在中药制剂中的应用,探讨了基于“药辅合一”理论,挥发油在中药制剂领域尤其是在外用乳膏剂领域的开发前景,以期为挥发油在“药辅合一”理论指导下的深入开发提供参考。

With the rapid development of Chinese medicine preparations,theory of"unification of medicine and adjuvant"has attracted the interest of scholars.Volatile oil,which can be used as both a unique pharmacological component and a natural adjuvant,has drawn wide attention.This article describes the application of volatile oil in traditional Chinese medicine preparations in recent years with examples based on the theory of"unification of medicine and adjuvant",and discusses the application prospect of volatile oil in Chinese medicine preparations,especially topical creams,based on this theory.It is expected to serve as a reference for further development of volatile oil under the guidance of the theory of"unification of medicine and adjuvant".
