麻醉苏醒期护理联合保温护理在高龄骨科手术患者中的应用研究

目的分析高龄骨科手术患者实施麻醉苏醒期护理联合保温护理的效果。方法选择在深圳市人民医院骨科进行手术治疗的60例高龄患者为研究样本,采取随机数字表法将其分成常规组(30例)以及试验组(30例)。予以常规组麻醉苏醒期护理,予以试验组麻醉苏醒期护理联合保温护理,对比2组体温、血压、心率情况,护理后苏醒期躁动得分。结果2组手术前体温比较无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组手术开始1 h以及手术结束时体温均高于常规组(P<0.05)。2组手术前舒张压、收缩压以及心率水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组手术开始1 h以及手术结束时舒张压、收缩压、心率水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。苏醒期试验组躁动得分情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论高龄骨科手术患者实施麻醉苏醒期护理联合保温护理干预,具有显著的临床应用效果。

Objective To analyze the use of anesthesia recovery nursing plus heat-preservation nursing after orthopedic surgery.Methods 60 elderly patients of undergoing orthopedic surgery from January 2020 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as research samples.According to random tabulation method,patients were divided into routine group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The routine group adopted the anesthesia recovery nursing;the experimental group adopted the anesthesia recovery nursing and heat-preservation nursing.Comparing body temperature,blood pressure and heart rate of each patient during each period and agitation score during recovery period after care.Results Before surgery,body temperature between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);upon first one hour to completion of surgery,body temperature in the experimental group was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in DBP,SBP and heart rate levels between the two groups(P>0.05);the DBP,SBP and heart rate at the end of the surgery were lower than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The agitation score in the postcare awakening period was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat-preservation nursing is of certain value for elderly patients.
