摘要
如何实现科学高效的道路交通安全风险评估,减少道路交通事故发生量,并降低由其带来的社会人身伤害及财产损失,已成为交警部门交通安全管理工作中亟待解决的问题。文章详细阐述了济南交通大脑中道路交通安全风险地图平台的建设与应用,通过数据资源和人工智能手段实现道路的安全隐患和风险点的精准挖掘和科学分析,实现全市道路进行路网安全“CT”扫描和风险预测分析,从道路和环境两个源头为道路安全隐患“大排查、大整治”做好数据支撑工作。
How to achieve scientific and efficient road traffic safety risk assessment,reduce the number of road traffic accidents,and reduce the social personal injury and property loss caused by it have become an urgent problem to be solved in the traffic safety management work for the traffic police department.This paper expounds in detail the construction and application of road traffic safety risk map platform in Jinan transportation brain,realizes the accurate mining and scientific analysis of road safety hidden dangers and risk points through data resources and artificial intelligence,and realizes the“CT”scanning and risk prediction analysis of road network safety in the whole city,do a good job in data support for the“major investigation and rectification”of road safety hazards from the two sources of road and environment.
