摘要
以H省5个县的15乡镇1243名乡村青年教师为调查对象,研究综合运用描述统计与相关分析、回归分析和结构方程模型等方法,探索乡村青年教师获得感对其留岗意愿的影响程度及其作用机制,以及乡村青年教师生活满意度在影响机制中的中介效应。结果发现:(1)乡村青年教师留岗意愿中等偏上、获得感偏弱;(2)乡村青年教师获得感及各维度均显著正向预测生活满意度、留岗意愿;(3)生活满意度显著正向预测乡村青年教师留岗意愿,并在乡村青年教师获得感影响其留岗意愿过程中发挥中介效应。结果表明:乡村青年教师获得感与留岗意愿具有密切联系,生活满意度在该联系中起重要作用。提升乡村青年教师留岗意愿,需重塑蕴藏“生理性”和“心理性”的获得感,增强具有“持续性”和“意义感”的生活满意度,筑牢集聚“异质性”和“在地化”的留岗资本积累。
Taking 1243 young rural teachers from 15 townships in five counties of H province as respondents,the study comprehensively uses descriptive statistics and correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model methods to explore the influence and mechanism of young rural teachers'sense of acquisition on their intention to remain employed and the mediating effect of young rural teachers'life satisfaction in the influence mechanism.The results show that:(1)young rural teachers'intention to remain employed is moderately high,while their sense of acquisition is weak;(2)young rural teachers'sense of acquisition and all dimensions significantly and positively predict their life satisfaction and intention to remain employed;(3)life satisfaction positively predicts young rural teachers'intention to remain employed and plays a mediating effect in the process of rural young teachers'sense of acquisition affecting their intentions to remain employed.The results show that young rural teachers’sense of acquisition is closely related to their intention to remain employed,and life satisfaction plays an important role in this relationship.To improve teachers’intention to remain employed,it is necessary to reshape the"physiological"and"psychological"sense of acquisition,to enhance the"sustainability"and"meaningfulness"of life satisfaction and to consolidate the accumulation of"heterogeneous"and"localized"capital for job retention.
