对肺癌患者进行EGFR-TKI靶向治疗对其血清肿瘤标志物水平、肺功能指标的影响

Effects of EGFR-TKI targeted therapy on serum tumor markers and lung func tion indexes in patients with lung cancer

研究对肺癌患者进行EGFR-TKI靶向治疗对其血清肿瘤标志物水平、肺功能指标的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至12月上海中大肿瘤医院收治的100例肺癌患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为试验组和对照组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对试验组患者进行EGFR-TKI靶向治疗。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果、血清肿瘤标志物的水平和肺功能指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清NSE、CY-FRA21-1、CA19-9的水平均较治疗前显著降低,其FEV1、FVC、MMEF均较治疗前显著提高,P<0.05;试验组患者血清NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA19-9的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;两组患者的FEV1、FVC、MMEF相比,P>0.05。结论:对肺癌患者进行EGFR-TKI靶向治疗能够获得良好的效果,可显著改善其血清肿瘤标志物的水平,提高其肺功能。

To study the effects of EGFR-TKI targeted therapy on serum tumor markers and lung function indexes in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 100 lung cancer patients admitted to Shanghai Zhongda Cancer Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods.Routine treatment was performed in both groups.On this basis,egFR-TKI targeted therapy was performed in the experimental group.Then,the treatment effect,serum tumor markers and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum NSE,CY-FRA21-1 and CA19-9 in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,while the levels of FEV1,FVC and MMEF were significantly increased compared with before treatment,P<0.05;The serum LEVELS of NSE,CY-FRA21-1 and CA19-9 in experi mental group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05;Compared with FEV1,FVC and MMEF in 2 groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:EgFR-TKI targeted therapy can achieve good results in patients with lung cancer,significantly improve the level of serum tumor markers and improve lung function.
