摘要
目的:探讨对甲状腺功能亢进症患者采用柴胡栀子汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日云梦县人民医院收治的48例甲状腺功能亢进症患者进行研究。将其随机分为比较组和研究组(24例/组)。为比较组患者采用常规的西药疗法进行治疗,为研究组患者采用常规的西药疗法+柴胡栀子汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、甲状腺功能指标和临床症状的积分。结果:1)研究组患者治疗的总有效率(91.67%)高于比较组患者治疗的总有效率(58.33%),P<0.05。2)治疗后,研究组患者血清TSH的水平〔(4.89±0.82)μIU/mL〕高于比较组患者血清TSH的水平〔(1.66±0.33)μIU/mL〕,其血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4的水平〔(1.66±0.55)ng/mL、(8.53±2.89)μg/dL、(3.59±0.76)pg/mL、(1.46±0.26)ng/mL〕均低于比较组患者血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4的水平〔(3.79±0.35)ng/mL、(11.69±2.49)μg/dL、(6.71±0.85)pg/mL、(3.86±0.39)ng/mL〕,P<0.05。3)治疗前,研究组患者临床症状的积分〔(32.56±2.59)分〕与比较组患者临床症状的积分〔(32.57±2.62)分〕相比,P>0.05。治疗后,研究组患者临床症状的积分〔(9.49±1.25)分〕低于比较组患者临床症状的积分〔(14.86±2.39)分〕,P<0.05。结论:对甲状腺功能亢进症患者采用柴胡栀子汤进行治疗的临床效果显著,可有效地缓解其临床症状,改善其甲状腺功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chaihu Gardenia Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 48 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Yunmeng County People’s Hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into comparison group and study group(24 cases/group).Patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional western medicine therapy,and patients in the research group were treated with conventional Western medicine therapy+Chaihu Gardenia decoction.The total response rate,thyroid function index and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The total effective rate of study group(91.67%)was higher than that of comparison group(58.33%),P<0.05.2)After treatment,the serum TSH level in study group was higher than that in comparison group(1.66±0.33μIU/mL).The serum TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 levels[(1.66±0.55)ng/mL,(8.53±2.89)μg/dL,(3.59±0.76)pg/mL,(1.46±0.26)ng/mL]were lower than those of the control group[(3.79±0.35)ng/mL,(11.69±2.49)μg/dL,(6.71±0.85)pg/mL,(3.86±0.39)ng/mL,P<0.05.3)Before treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was(32.56±2.59)points compared with that of the comparison group(32.57±2.62)points,P>0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the comparison group(14.86±2.39),P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of chaihu Gardenia decoction on hyperthyroidism is significant,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the thyroid function.
