基于曲面响应法的沥青混合料层间强度试验研究

摘要 为探究温度、沥青洒布量、土污染对层间剪切强度影响的交互作用,采用响应曲面法研究不同温度、不同土污染厚度,以及不同沥青洒布量对沥青混凝土复合试件层间剪切强度的影响。通过方差分析和残差图的诊断评估模型的适用性。由单因素分析得到各因素对层间剪切强度的影响规律,通过交互作用分析得到各影响因素对剪切强度的影响效应的大小为:AB>AC>BC,温度-土污染厚度交互作用最明显。最后通过直剪试验验证模型与实测相符合。 In order to explore the interaction of temperature, asphalt distribution, and soil pollution on the interlayer shear strength. The response surface method was used to study the effects of different temperatures, different soil pollution thicknesses and different asphalt spreading amounts on the interlayer asphalt concrete composite specimens shear strength. The applicability of the model was evaluated by analysis of variance and residual diagram. The influence law of each factor influence on the interlayer shear strength is obtained by single factor analysis, and the influence effect of each factor on shear strength is obtained through the interaction analysis. The influence degree of AB is the largest, AC is the second, BC is the smallest, and the interaction between temperature and soil pollution thickness is the most obvious. Finally, the direct shear test verifies that the results of the model is consistent with the actual measurement data.
