Impact of Big Data Assets on the Enterprises′Dynamic Capability of Technological Innovation:A Theoretical Model

在大数据和数字经济时代,数据已经成为企业的生产要素和战略性资源,数据对企业的重要性日益突显,未来拥有大数据资产的企业可以更好地应对复杂的外部环境压力。技术创新动态能力理论认为,企业要想在动态环境下保持持续的竞争优势,需要有感知和识别技术机会的能力、整合内外部创新资源的能力、适应环境的组织变革能力,只有具备这些能力才能适应环境的变化。本研究提出了大数据资产的构念,基于资源基础理论,构建了大数据资产与企业技术创新动态能力关系的理论模型,并提出了创新网络对大数据资产与企业技术创新动态能力两者之间的关系起调节作用的假设,在模型要素界定的基础上,就大数据资产与企业技术创新动态能力、创新网络与企业技术创新动态能力之间的关系,以及创新网络对大数据资产与企业技术创新动态能力之间关系的作用进行了研究。

In the era of big data and digital economy,data has become a production factor and strategic resource of enterprises.The importance of data to enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent.In the future,enterprises with unique big data assets can better cope with complex external environmental pressures.The dynamic capability theory of technological innovation holds that in order to maintain sustainable competitive advantage in the dynamic environment,enterprises need the abilities to perceive and identify technological opportunities,to integrate internal and external innovation resources,and to adapt to organizational changes to adapt to environmental changes.Only with the above abilities,enterprises can better adap to changes in the external environment.The present study puts forward the concept of big data assets,constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between big data assets and the dynamic capability of technological innovation based on resource-based theory,and puts forward the hypothesis that innovation network plays a regulatory role in the relationship between big data assets and dynamic capability of technological innovation.Based on the definition of model elements,this paper discusses the relationship between big data assets and enterprises′dynamic capability of technological innovation,innovation network and enterprises′dynamic capability of technological innovation,as well as the impact of innovation network on relationship between big data assets and enterprises′dynamic capability of technological innovation.
